How to Cancel an Order
Via Your Account (Recommended)
- Log into your Faboo account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Find the order you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Order" and confirm
- Receive cancellation confirmation email

Partial Order Cancellations
You can cancel individual items within an order:
- Log into your account and select specific items to cancel
- Refund will be processed for canceled items only
- Remaining items will be shipped as normal
- Shipping fees may be adjusted based on order value
Vendor Cancellations
Vendors may cancel orders in certain circumstances:
- Out of Stock: Vendor may cancel if product is unavailable
- Pricing Error: If a product was incorrectly priced
- Unable to Fulfill: Vendor cannot fulfill the order for valid reasons
In these cases, you will receive a full refund and a discount coupon for your next purchase.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have a subscription service (e.g., vendor membership):
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months
- Services remain active until the end of the paid period
Refund Processing
After cancellation approval:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Funds returned to original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation
- Store credit is available immediately
