Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation. You will receive:

Shipping Restrictions

- Perishable Goods: Food items - express shipping only
- International Shipping: Currently shipping within South Africa only

Delivery Issues
Missed Delivery
If you're not home when delivery is attempted:
- The courier will leave a notification card
- You can arrange re-delivery or pickup at a local depot
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:
- Check tracking information for updates
- Contact our support team at shipping@faboo.shop
- We will investigate and update you within 24 hours
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- We will initiate a trace with the courier
- If not found within 10 days, we will issue a full refund or replacement
- Your satisfaction is our priority
International Shipping
