3. How to Make a Payment
Credit/Debit Card:
- Select "Credit/Debit Card" at checkout
- Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV
- Complete 3D Secure verification if prompted
- Payment confirmation will appear immediately
Bank Transfer (EFT):
- Select "Bank Transfer" at checkout
- You will receive our bank details via email
- Transfer the exact amount using your order number as reference
- Payment must be made within 48 hours to avoid order cancellation
- Orders are processed once payment reflects (1-2 business days)
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout (available for select areas)
- Pay the exact amount in cash when your order is delivered
- A R20 service fee applies for COD orders
- Have exact change ready as drivers may not carry change

5. Payment Confirmation
After making a payment:
- Card/PayPal: Instant confirmation via email
- Bank Transfer: Confirmation within 1-2 business days once payment reflects
- Cash on Delivery: Confirmation upon delivery
You can check your payment status anytime in your Account Dashboard under "My Orders".
6. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, please:
- Check your card balance or available funds
- Verify that your card supports online transactions
- Contact your bank to authorize the transaction
- Try an alternative payment method
- Contact our support team for assistance
After three failed payment attempts, your order will be cancelled. You can place a new order at any time.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds:
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 business days to appear
- You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed
Chargebacks:
- Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback

- Valid chargebacks will be investigated and resolved within 30 days
