Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • In original state and packaging
  • Unused with tags still intact

1. Collection and Delivery

Upon receiving an item which you may regard as unsatisfactory, you can lodge a return within 30 days. You are free to choose your return method. Arrangements to collect the item can be made from a designated pickup point.

2. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, immediately commence the processing of lodging a return. A defective item will not be accepted if:

  • Damaged by recipient after delivery
  • Has been altered or modified
  • Damaged by electrical surges or weather
  • Faulty due to normal wear and tear
  • Not used as prescribed

3. Time Limits

Returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery. Time limits are calculated from the moment the order is registered as delivered.

4. Lodging a Return

Start the return process by phone call or email. Package the item carefully to prevent damage during transit. A fee may be charged for items returned with missing parts or packaging.

5. Warranties

Direct Warranties: Manufacturer handles returns directly. Contact information is available on the product page.

Extended Warranties: Up to 6 months to return defective items. Includes free return shipping to supplier.

6. Change of Mind

Change of mind returns are acceptable within 30 days of delivery, subject to returnable item conditions.

7. Unboxed Items

Returnable items that are unboxed at the point of return will be deemed null and void for exchange, replacement, or credit.

8. Electronic Items

Check warranty type (direct or extended) before ordering. Direct warranties are handled by manufacturers. Extended warranties provide coverage for repairs or replacements beyond the manufacturer's original warranty.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and fitness gear
  • Food and beverages
  • Medicines and vaccines
  • Items with personalized inscriptions

10. Wrong Items Returned

Always return the correct items. Lost items during return process will not be compensated.

11. Credit and Refunds

Specify whether you want credit, replacement, or exchange. Account credits are processed within 3 business days. Coupon values will be reissued as new coupons for returned items.
